My career began in 2013 at Infectious Media (later acquired by Kepler Group), where I joined a newly formed Ad Operations team starting in a junior role, and leaving the business as the Senior Lead. This was where I developed deep expertise in ad-tech platform management, creative and site tagging, data analysis, and operational problem-solving skills that have shaped my career ever since.
After a career break, I returned in 2019 as Technical Onboarding Lead, streamlining processes that improved client experience, accelerated activation, and strengthened media performance. Due to client demand, I extended my tenure and became Strategic Lead across Programmatic, YouTube, and Paid Social, guiding clients through complex activation and reporting needs.
In 2020 I joined Livi UK’s in-house media team as AdOps Campaign Manager, establishing foundational ad-tech, tagging, and measurement capabilities for a newly created function.
Later that year I moved to Ebiquity as Client Engagement Manager, advising major brands across Programmatic, Social, Search, and Publisher Direct on how to buy effectively and transparently. In 2021, I transitioned into Product Development, leading innovation for Ebiquity’s Digital Media Governance solution. I played a key role in expanding global adoption and doubling revenue between 2022 and 2024 by improving measurement, transparency, and governance frameworks for top-tier brands.
In 2025 I launched my own consultancy and provide consultation to Ebiquity to support product evolution, data governance, and operational efficiency – continuing to help brands achieve clarity, confidence, and stronger performance from their media investments.
